Teenager as the name signifies id the age between 13 to 19 years old. At this age the teenager finds themselves in the path of discovery. At this age bracket teenagers are busy picking new habits and they might pick any habit if the people worship as doing it. For example, if the kid’s father takes alcohol and the kid finds it cool chances are that he might try it out. However, this does not mean that they can only pick bad behaviors. For example, if teenagers are wrestling at this age then it is possible that during their adult years they will still be flexible and still observing levels of fitness.

One of the major NAPW complaints about joining wrestling is it effects on the physical as well as the mental health of young guys. Rules of pro wrestling favors light weight wrestlers and wrestlers go to extra miles trying to cut weight the methods used are so extreme that they may affect the teenagers as adults.
